Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Manager of the EMEA Solutions team for DX to lead a high-performing group of Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects. You will scale technical strategy across pre-sales and post-sales, coach teams, and partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure the platform meets the needs of agile engineering organizations.

You will recruit, onboard, and mentor across the region, driving strategy for POCs, implementation pilots, and clean handoffs while balancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related pre-sales roles with leadership experience.
• Experience supporting sales cycles across EMEA with multi-country engagements.
• Experience building scalable technical processes for growing teams (POC templates, discovery templates, handoffs).
• Ability to present to technical leaders and business decision-makers.
• Comfort working with engineering leadership and product/engineering to prioritize roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a high-performing EMEA team of SEs and SAs.
• Drive pre-sales strategy and deal support with close collaboration with Account Executives.
• Oversee implementation strategies and smooth handoffs from pre- to post-sales.
• Standardize POC playbooks, demo environments, and handoffs to scale the team."
• Allocate SEs/SAs across the EMEA pipeline to meet demand and regional needs.
• Represent the EMEA customer in leadership forums and coordinate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance to align with regional revenue targets.
