Job summary

Atlassian is hiring an EMEA Regional Marketing Manager for DX in London. This full-time, on-site role focuses on turning account-level intelligence into strategic programs that drive pipeline and executive engagement.

You will partner with sales, demand gen, and product marketing to tailor programs to regional needs. You will design executive roundtables and regional events, align content and campaigns to industry contexts, and ensure localization of assets for the EMEA market.

Qualifications

• Experience running field or regional marketing in a B2B enterprise context (SaaS or developer tools preferred).
• Ability to manage named accounts and craft plans around individual people and companies.
• Strong collaboration across sales, demand gen, product marketing, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key account views and develop tailored engagement plans with AEs and campaigns.
• Design and execute executive programs (roundtables, CxO events) with clear outcomes for target regions.
• Lead regional content and programs, adapting assets for local languages, cultures and market nuances.
• Coordinate regional activations around global moments (TEAM, Team on Tour) to drive pipeline.
• Gather regional feedback and feed it back into marketing and product teams.
