Job summary

Feedzai is seeking a Solution Consulting Manager for EMEA to lead and empower a high-performing team delivering our RiskOps platform to top financial institutions in the region. You will unblock obstacles, drive enablement, and partner with regional leadership to shape go-to-market execution and deal strategy.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure alignment and successful post-sale handoffs while traveling up to 30% across the EMEA region as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales / solution consulting.
• 7+ years of total experience as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer.
• Deep experience in Financial Services, with expertise in Financial Crime, Risk Management, or Fraud Prevention.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders including Regional GMs, VP of Sales, and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower the EMEA Solution Consulting team.
• Drive enablement and scalable processes for technical sales teams.
• Align resources with regional revenue targets and strategic GTM initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across major opportunities and support executive interactions.
