Job summary

Creative Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury retail brand to hire a Freelance Senior Email Designer / Team Lead in London, mainly remote with occasional office visits. Start mid-October through to the end of the year, with the potential for extension.

You will lead a design team, mentor junior talent, craft high-performing email campaigns, and collaborate with CRM, content, strategy and creative teams while driving best practices in responsive design, mobile optimization and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing emails using Figma and Photoshop.
• Previous experience leading or managing design teams.
• In-depth understanding of email design best practices and customer experience.
• Experience building responsive, modular email templates within email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
