Job summary

Forwardrole is seeking a Customer Campaign Manager to plan and deliver customer email campaigns in a remote-friendly role based in the United Kingdom. You will work with account directors to plan campaigns and own the schedule and delivery process, ensuring efficiency and quality.

You will measure campaign success using analytics, manage list hygiene with data analysts, and build HTML email templates while ensuring QA and version control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering email campaigns via ESPs (Dotdigital, HubSpot, Vision6 or similar).
• Experience with project management tools (Scoro, Monday, Trello).
• Proficient with CSV/Excel, segmentation and field mapping.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build campaign strategy with account directors.
• Maintain an up-to-date campaign schedule across clients.
• Improve processes and ensure standards are followed.
• Use analytics, A/B testing and post-campaign learnings to boost effectiveness.
• Create QA checklists and maintain build standards.
• Build, test and send campaigns.
• Manage sign-off workflows and version control.
• Coordinate with data analysts and engineers on hygiene and deliverability.
