Job summary

NICE Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer to secure, scale, and sustain our cloud and datacenter platforms across AWS, Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and related technologies.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments, support business-critical services, and participate in an on-call rotation while collaborating with a global engineering team to ensure reliable service delivery. The role aligns with NICE-FLEX remote/hybrid work from the UK.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
5+ years supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments.
5+ years Windows Server administration in enterprise production environments.
Experience configuring and supporting server hardware and operating systems.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, and DNS services.

Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor, and support large-scale production infrastructure across cloud and datacenter platforms.
Administer AWS resources to ensure security and availability.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, OS, and application issues of medium to high complexity.
Manage Windows Server and Linux environments, including patching and maintenance.
Participate in on-call rotation and communicate incidents and resolutions.
