Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer/DevOps professional to run production environments, monitor health, and build scalable infrastructure. You will collaborate with Dev teams to improve services through testing, automation, and responsible release practices.

The role focuses on reliability, performance optimization, and incident management within a hybrid NICE-FLEX setup, offering flexibility with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote each week.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in systems engineering, automation and reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, C#) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and system health.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions.
• Measure and optimize system performance and drive automation initiatives.
• Provide operational support for distributed software applications.
