Job summary

NICE Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer for the night shift (10 PM–6 AM) to join our UK remote team. You will ensure security, reliability, and performance of cloud and datacenter infrastructure, spanning Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and on‑prem environments.

You’ll monitor production systems, resolve incidents, implement capacity planning, patching, and automation, and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes within a global, enterprise-scale setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting large-scale production infrastructure.
• 3+ years Windows Server admin in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years configuring server hardware and OSs.
• Experience with change management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor enterprise production infrastructure for uptime and performance.
• Administer AWS resources, ensuring security and scalability.
• Support infrastructure across cloud and datacenter environments.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues per SLAs.
• Manage DNS, IIS, Active Directory, and identity services.
• Handle on-call rotations and communicate critical events to stakeholders.
