Job summary

Ensono seeks a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS/GCP) to join a remote UK-based team. You will lead engineering epics, operationalize cloud services, and define scalable standards across public cloud platforms. Strong background in automation, Linux, and IaC is essential.

You will collaborate with product management to deliver repeatable, secure cloud solutions and support major cloud initiatives while staying current with platform capabilities and tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supporting mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years building public cloud solutions on AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and config management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer on Product Engineering epics and stories.
• Operationalize new repeatable public cloud services and solutions.
• Define and evolve public cloud standards for repeatability, security, and scalability.
• Onboard new AWS and GCP services aligned with roadmaps.
• Drive automation of infrastructure using IaC, config management and scripting.
• Provide SME guidance to pre-sales architects on technical standards.
