Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Developer to join our IT Service Management team in London or Birmingham. The role blends technical and functional ServiceNow expertise with strong business analysis and communication skills.

You will design, configure and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including AI capabilities, integrations, and automation, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, user-friendly systems.

Qualifications

• Typically at least five years' hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Very good functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture.
• Experience configuring Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, access controls, notifications, forms and catalog items.
• Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and Import Sets.
• Experience building custom scoped applications and CMDB / external data integration.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Design, configure, develop and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including workflows and automations.
• Embed Now AI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents into solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and easy to upgrade.
