DGH Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a permanent, hybrid role based in Manchester. You will contribute to developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable ITSM/ITOM solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript and REST API skills, and experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and agile practices is preferred.

Qualificações

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM principles.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, develop and support ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB).
• Develop platform automation using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
• Design and deliver custom applications, workflows and enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub and third-party APIs.
• Support platform performance, data integrity, security and governance standards.
• Manage roles, groups, access controls, update sets, and upgrades.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with best practices.
• Perform unit and regression testing and support UAT.
