Job summary

Infobip Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Mid-Market Customer Growth Associate to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will manage relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and analyze client data to identify opportunities for expansion and risk mitigation.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper account setup, onboarding, and adoption of Infobip’s SaaS solutions. A focus on continuous development and collaboration across functions will be essential to succeed

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Tier 1 clients to drive customer health and growth.
• Serve as primary contact for clients to meet business and technical expectations and coordinate with Product teams.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs including gross profit, margin, and cross-sells to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for SaaS expansion and ongoing services.
• Ensure clients’ accounts are set up correctly and coordinate with Platform Operations for setup and routing.
