Job summary

Infobip is hiring a Mid-Market Customer Growth Associate in the UK. You will drive client satisfaction, retention and growth by managing relationships, coordinating with internal teams and analyzing client data to influence strategies.

You’ll work across Customer Success, Sales and Platform Operations to ensure proper account setup, risk management and successful product adoption, contributing to Infobip’s global cloud communications platform.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in Customer Growth with focus on client management and collaboration across teams.
• Strong desire to learn across SaaS products, platforms and markets.
• Ability to meet quarterly KPIs including gross profit, margin and cross-sells.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients to drive health and growth.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales Engineers and Platform Operations to meet client requirements.
• Monitor client KPIs and collaborate to optimize revenue, cross-sells and renewals.
• Assist with account setup, route management and registrations to enable client activities.
