Job summary

Dow Jones seeks a renewal-focused professional to manage relationships, retain contract revenue, and support new sales in existing accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and execute a strategic renewal plan.

You will provide monthly risk reports, drive retention, and ensure client training and product utilization while understanding customer business groups and decision-makers. Strong multilingual and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, French and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal aspects of customer relationships to retain contract revenue.
• Liaise with internal teams to meet clients’ needs and support renewals.
• Own retention strategy for assigned accounts with renewal plan.
• Provide monthly reports on high-risk renewal accounts and strategies.
• Ensure customer training and product utilization with Product Training Specialist team.
• Oversee renewal lifecycle from pricing and contracting to invoicing and support.
• Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize ROI.
• Build understanding of customers, industries, and decision-makers.
• Act as conduit for client feedback and competitive intelligence to Dow Jones teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling/cross-selling with sales.
• Maintain accurate client records in company systems.
