Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewals across a defined set of Global Risk Insights customers in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, drive renewals, and support upsells while maintaining strong revenue bases.

You will monitor product usage, facilitate onboarding and training, and act as a subject matter expert for GRI products in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Min 2-4 years of proven success in client engagement, customer success or account management.
• Exceptional English-language written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive.
• Knowledge of Salesforce & Tableau desirable.
• Additional European languages are desirable (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own retention strategy for assigned GRI accounts in EMEA.
• Monitor usage and renewal outlook using Tableau and internal data.
• Onboard new customers and users, and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate renewal pricing and contracting with Account Executive.
• Support upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate via phone/email and meetings.
