Job summary

Leep Utilities is seeking an EHV Business Development Manager to drive growth in our network adoption portfolio across EHV connections, including data centres and BESS. You will own the end-to-end sales process, building relationships with developers, ICPs, SLPs and utility consultants.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Sales, you will grow our market reach, negotiate terms, and work with Marketing, BD and Operations to deliver commercially robust wins while maintaining strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in NAV/IDNO/DNO markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics.
• Strong sales, negotiation and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with developers, ICPs, SLPs and utility consultants.
• Develop sales pipeline through prospecting and networking in EHV space.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD and Operations to grow growth strategies.
• Negotiate terms with owners, finance, procurement and energy managers.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to handover.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver client solutions.
