Job summary

Fourblue is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Midlands and South with remote work and client visits. The role focuses on multi-utility, electricity and HV connections, delivering end-to-end solutions for complex I&C and infrastructure projects.

You will nurture client relationships, engage developers and consultants, and lead opportunities from inquiry to contract award, collaborating with internal design, estimating and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-utility or utilities connections.
• Proven ability to win new I&C business.
• Strong existing industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Win new multi-utility, electricity and HV connection projects.
• Develop opportunities across electricity, gas and water infrastructure.
• Grow and nurture relationships with key clients.
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and major I&C customers.
• Develop opportunities across commercial developments, BESS, renewables and data centres.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry through tender, negotiation and contract award, coordinating with internal teams.
