Job summary

Leep Utilities is seeking an EHV Business Development Manager to drive growth across NAV/IDNO/DNO markets. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through to handover, and build strong relationships with developers, ICPs and utility consultants.

Based remotely with a preference for Reading or Salford, occasional office attendance is required. Salary £45K–£88k (OTE) plus £5K car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in NAV/IDNO/DNO markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to handover.
• Build relationships with developers, ICPs, SLPs and utility consultants.
• Develop sales/marketing growth strategies with BD team.
• Negotiate commercial terms with business owners and energy managers.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver solutions.
• Represent Leep at seminars and events.
