Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support online experiences across brand sites, retailer sites and digital touchpoints. You will coordinate requests, track delivery progress and ensure stakeholders have the information needed to progress work efficiently.

In a fast-paced environment, you will work with brand, digital, project and product teams to enable successful delivery, while maintaining governance and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong online content management experience, ideally within an ecommerce environment.
• Experience supporting digital, ecommerce, technology or creative teams.
• Experience managing workflows, requests or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with digital delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming requests across multiple digital workstreams.
• Manage and maintain workflow tracking tools, ensuring requests contain the required information.
• Monitor progress of requests and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Identify and escalate potential risks, blockers or delivery impacts.
• Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries and liaise with stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings and governance forums.
• Maintain action logs and track completion of follow-up activities.
• Produce regular reporting on work volumes, status and progress.
