Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term assignment in London.

You will coordinate incoming requests across digital workstreams, maintain delivery trackers, and support governance forums to enable efficient delivery of ecommerce projects. Working with brand, digital, project and product teams, you will help prioritise activities, manage cross-functional communications, and ensure stakeholders have the information they need to progress

Qualifications

• Strong online content management experience, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
• Experience supporting digital, ecommerce, technology or creative teams.
• Experience managing workflows, requests or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with digital delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Influence and build collaborative working relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming requests across multiple digital workstreams.
• Maintain workflow tracking tools and status reporting.
• Monitor progress and escalate blockers or risks.
• Act as a point of contact for delivery-related queries with stakeholders.
• Coordinate recurring meetings and governance forums.
• Produce regular reporting on work volumes and progress.
• Support continuous improvement across team processes.
