Job summary

The Business Operations Coordinator role supports The Estee Lauder Companies' digital and ecommerce activities across multiple workstreams, delivering website support, digital projects and content delivery. You will manage requests, track delivery progress and coordinate governance to ensure timely progress.

You will work with brand, digital, project and product teams to ensure information is clear, accurate and actionable, enabling efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong online content management experience in ecommerce.
• Experience supporting digital, ecommerce, technology or creative teams.
• Experience managing workflows, requests or ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and multi-project prioritisation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming requests across multiple digital workstreams.
• Manage workflow tracking tools and ensure requests contain the required information.
• Monitor progress of requests and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and status reporting.
• Support prioritisation activities and workload visibility across teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries and clarify requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between requestors and delivery teams.
• Schedule recurring meetings and governance forums.
• Maintain action logs and track completion of follow-up activities.
• Maintain cross-Brand tracker for launches, seasonal campaigns and site updates.
• Coordinate access management requests and undertake team process and ticket training.
