Talantir is seeking an E-Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences. The role focuses on instructional design, multimedia development, and using authoring tools to create interactive content that enhances learner engagement.

The successful candidate will collaborate with SMEs, HR, and stakeholders, ensure accessibility compliance, and manage courses in the LMS, including uploading and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive activities using authoring tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning content.
• Work closely with SMEs, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content accuracy.
• Review and test e-learning content for functionality, usability, and accessibility compliance.
• Upload, manage, and maintain courses within the LMS; troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Stay updated on e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality and learner engagement.

Salary

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 Per Anum
