Job summary

Talantir is seeking an on-site E-Learning Content Developer in the UK to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences. You will create interactive modules using Storyline, Captivate and Rise, applying adult learning principles and collaborating with SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and accessibility across the LMS.

Strong focus on usability, accessibility, and staying current with e-learning trends will be essential, as will testing and maintaining

The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and e-learning technologies to create interactive and impactful content that enhances learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Salary

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 Per Anum

About the Role

• Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive activities using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, etc.).
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning content.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content accuracy.
• Review and test e-learning content for functionality, usability, and accessibility compliance.
• Upload, manage, and maintain courses within the LMS; troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Stay updated on e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality and learner engagement.
