Job summary

Foundever is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our client from a UK-based work-from-home setup. You will handle inquiries via phone and email in Dutch and English, delivering friendly, knowledgeable product information and resolutions.

The role emphasizes multilingual support, excellent communication, and a collaborative team environment within a recognised CX leader.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Previous contact centre/customer service experience advantageous.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy needed.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Good computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 words-per-minute (WPM).
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work as part of a wider team and liaise with internal/external operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, timely, and accurate customer support across channels.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email in Dutch and English, within timescales.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Escalate to a senior staff member when required.
• Log cases and calls in line with Client and Foundever® guidelines.
• Consult product manuals and knowledge bases to advise customers.
• Represent the company with first-class support.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and root-cause analysis.
