Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (reading and writing).
• Excellent grammar and on-brand communications.
• Strong desire to learn, grow and contribute to a fast-growing team.
• Experience with customer experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Work within our world-class Client Services Team.
• Liaise with Dutch Loungers and our customer base.
• Respond to Dutch customers' queries in their native language.
• Proof and review our Dutch-translated website.
