Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Strategy to join the Chief Architect Office within the Office of the CEO. You will lead strategic planning for the AI and platform portfolio, define priorities, and evaluate build-buy-partner options.

This role emphasizes monetization design, scenario planning, and executive briefings based on quantitative analysis. You will collaborate with Product, Finance, and GTM teams to stress-test portfolio assumptions and shape Salesforce’s technology

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, IB/PE, or tech corporate development.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML architectures (LLMs, agentic systems, data platforms) to evaluate trade-offs.
• Deep command of tech monetization models (SaaS, consumption, platform, open source) with strong financial modeling.
• First-principles thinker who can structure ambiguous problems and communicate to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for Salesforce's AI and platform portfolio.
• Design and stress-test monetization models for AI capabilities and platform ecosystems.
• Build multi-variable investment theses to pressure-test decisions against market shifts.
• Produce board-grade analyses combining quantitative modeling, technical due diligence, and competitive positioning.
