Job summary

Formula One in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to join the Digital Operations team in Biggin Hill. You will manage new work items, triage incidents, monitor live systems and coordinate with partner teams during race weekends to support our digital products.

The role requires experience in live event operations, user-facing web applications and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience in live event operations is essential.
• Experience with user-facing web applications and service-management tools.
• Ability to document and follow procedures and communicate changes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage new work items and triage incidents for Digital Operations.
• Monitor live systems and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Provide operational support during non-functional testing of digital products.
• Drive triage and problem resolution during race weekends with clear documentation.
