Job summary
Formula 1 is seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to join the Digital Operations team. Based at Biggin Hill with travel to London-suppliers, the role supports day-to-day operations of digital products and provides coverage across up to 12 race weekends per season.
You will triage incidents, drive process improvements, document changes, and monitor live systems. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to ensure optimal user experiences during events.
Qualifications
- Experience in a live event operations environment.
- Experience with user-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with service-management ticketing tools and ITIL.
- Ability to document and follow procedures clearly.
- Strong communication with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Triage new incidents and act as first point-of-contact for queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures.
- Monitor live systems and manage tickets via Kanban board.
- Provide operational support during non-functional testing and race weekends.
- Monitor user experience across digital products on multiple devices.
