The Role

Working within the Professional Development team, you will manage and continually improve the organisation's digital learning platform, working with internal teams, subject matter experts and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day operation, administration and development of the digital learning platform/LMS.

  • Managing relationships with external technology and content suppliers.
About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong LMS/platform expertise with a genuine understanding of digital learning and learner experience.

Experience required:
  • Experience managing, administering or implementing a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong knowledge of Totara LMS or a comparable enterprise learning platform.
  • Experience working on digital transformation, systems implementation or change projects.
  • Experience applying instructional design methodologies, learning design frameworks and adult learning principles.
  • Experience developing and managing digital learning content.
  • An understanding of competency-based learning pathways and professional development programmes.
