LEGO Group in Slough is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to transform learning strategies into engaging, learner-centered digital experiences for frontline advisors and the Consumer & Shopper Engagement Academy. You’ll blend e-learning development, multimedia production, graphic design, and video creation to deliver solutions that enhance capability and performance.

Based in Slough with a hybrid rhythm (2 days home, 3 days in office), you’ll partner with learning colleagues and SMEs, explore

Qualifications

• Delivered e-learning solutions using Articulate360 Suite.
• Managed learning management system administration, publishing, troubleshooting, and content deployment.
• Built multimedia learning assets through graphic design and video production.
• Applied instructional design principles and adult learning practices to digital learning programs.
• Led multiple learning projects from concept through delivery.
• Partnered with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into learning solutions.
