Job summary

Falmouth University seeks an Online Transformation Manager to drive scale in Falmouth Online and Digital Learning. You will lead high-impact programmes, embed governance and delivery structures, and ensure initiatives are delivered to time, budget and standard, across the institution.

Acting as the link between academic and professional services teams, you will build strong relationships, balance strategic ambition with practical delivery, and champion continuous improvement to shape the future

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading transformation initiatives in higher education or digital learning.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and digital planning tools such as Jira.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering on time and within budget.
• Experience embedding governance and quality assurance across concurrent workstreams.
• Experience of line management and staff development.
• Strong written and verbal communication across academic and professional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation or programme delivery initiatives.
• Develop and launch new online programmes and strengthen existing provision.
• Embed governance, structures and processes to support scalable delivery.
• Coordinate across academic and professional services teams to deliver to high standards.
• Provide leadership, ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
