Job summary

Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is seeking a Digital Fundraising and Campaign Lead to drive digital fundraising and donor acquisition activity, delivering campaigns that increase engagement, support and income. A remote-based role with attendance required once a month at the Folkestone office.

Qualifications

• Five years’ proven experience in digital fundraising and marketing within a charity or mission-driven organisation.
• Two years’ management experience leading digital fundraising or marketing teams.
• Copywriting for varied audiences and uses.
• Multichannel digital campaigns with measurable impact.
• Paid media strategy and optimisation including Google Ads, Meta and programmatic.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in delivering the annual digital campaign roadmap from concept to delivery.
• Ensure campaigns are audience-focused, data-driven and optimised for donor acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
• Provide strategic oversight of paid media, budgets and campaign performance.
• Use donor insights and analytics to inform segmentation and supporter journeys.
• Champion innovation and new approaches to digital fundraising.
• Advise senior leadership on digital fundraising trends and performance.
• Build relationships with external partners, agencies and suppliers.
• Oversee development and delivery of events at festivals and identify opportunities to maximise acquisition and income.
• Support forecasting, planning and resource allocation.
