Qualifications

• Experience in trusts, foundations or institutional fundraising with evidence of securing significant grants.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with funders.
• Strong proposal writer with clear narratives and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Build the funding pipeline: research and prioritise trusts, foundations and institutional donors capable of six-figure grants.
• Secure new income: develop persuasive proposals, applications and budgets aligned with funder priorities.
• Strengthen relationships: cultivate funders and partners, manage ongoing communications and stewardship.
• Shape the approach: refine fundraising priorities and build a focused strategy with leadership.
• Bring teams together: collaborate with programme, finance and senior colleagues to develop robust funding cases and donor reporting.
