Job summary

Mission Aviation Fellowship UK is seeking a Digital Fundraising and Campaign Lead to drive our online fundraising strategy, lead a small team and deliver campaigns from concept to delivery. You will focus on donor acquisition, retention and lifetime value, oversee paid media, budgets and campaign performance, and use analytics to optimise supporter journeys while pursuing innovative digital approaches.

This remote-based role requires monthly attendance at our Folkestone office; salary is £45,047

Qualifications

• At least five years' proven experience in digital fundraising and marketing within a charity or mission-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in the delivery of the annual digital campaign roadmap.
• Oversee integrated campaigns from concept through to delivery.
• Ensure campaigns are audience-focused, data-driven and optimised for donor acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
• Provide strategic oversight of paid media, budgets and campaign performance.
• Champion innovation and new approaches to digital fundraising.
