Platform Housing Group is seeking a Digital & Blended Learning Designer to design and build engaging learning experiences that turn requirements into accessible content. You will work within the Learning & Organisational Development Team to align with the Group strategy and values, delivering modern, outcome-focused modules.

The role is home based with occasional travel to Birmingham/Worcester offices; travel 2–4 days per month.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in converting information into engaging learning content.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to design engaging learning resources.
• Proven experience in designing performance-based training including Compliance and Health & Safety content.
• Experience in evaluating learning impact and applying AI ethically to enhance design.

• Design and build learning content from requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Platform to meet training needs.
• Draft storyboards and scripts; manage drafts through approvals.
• Create customised versions for different audiences when needed.
• Support capability requirements and new technologies through learning content.
