Job summary

OSJCT Group is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning solutions for our teams. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine learning outcomes and create effective training that helps colleagues become confident and competent in their roles.

Based in the UK with hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office per week), the role can be based in our Aylesbury or Lincolnshire offices.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions with SMEs to meet learning outcomes.

Job description

Digital Learning Designer

Location: Rabans Close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8RS

Salary: £30,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week)

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office.

The primary role is to design and develop creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become confident and competent in their roles. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to deliver excellent service through taking responsibility for what they do.
