Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is looking for a Digital Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning solutions for colleagues at our Aylesbury or Lincolnshire offices. The role combines office presence with home working in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning outcomes and develop a range of learning solutions that meet Trust needs and improve skills, knowledge and behaviours.

Job description

Digital Learning Designer Location: Rabans Close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8RS Salary: £30,000 per year Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week) We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office. The primary role is to design and develop creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become confident and competent in their roles. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to deliver excellent service through taking

responsibility for what they do.
