Job summary

Flex, a diversified manufacturing partner, seeks an Engineering System IT Support to maintain and improve engineering IT services and deployment processes. The role reports to the Engineering Systems IT Manager and focuses on building, testing, and debugging software packages while resolving incidents and changes remotely for a distributed team.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Knowledge of Autodesk applications.
Experience using deployment and inventory SCCM tools such as PDQ.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019) and basic iOS knowledge.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and geographically distributed team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and supporting engineering IT services to ensure systems remain operational and meet end-user requirements.
Managing software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases.
Handling support tickets related to incident resolution and problem management, and coordinating software installations, patching, and system upgrades.
