Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in Linux, networking, APIs and modern software practices.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting systems across cloud and on‑prem.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven track record working directly with customers to solve problems.
• Comfort owning ambiguous problems end-to-end and making trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Embedding with customers to understand missions and constraints.
• Designing and building pragmatic technical solutions across software, APIs, data, infrastructure and networks.
• Rapid prototyping to test ideas with users.
• Owning deployment end-to-end across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments.
• Feeding back from field to Product/Engineering teams.
