Job summary

Team Wheel Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Dayforce implementations, optimisation projects and change work for clients. You will own projects end to end—from scoping and planning to go-live—ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and with a client who feels looked after.

You will work with Dayforce consultants, PMO and client teams across HR, payroll and workforce management. The role demands structure, clear communication and sound judgement under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR, payroll or workforce management system implementations (Dayforce preferred).
• Solid grasp of implementation methodology: discovery, design, build, test, go-live, hypercare.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong written communication and ability to run client-facing meetings while guarding scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and close Dayforce implementation and optimisation projects, typically managing two to four at a time.
• Own the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, status reporting and steering packs.
• Run kick-off, weekly client calls, internal stand-ups and governance meetings.
• Manage scope, change requests and commercial conversations with clients, coordinating with leadership as needed.
• Coordinate consultants, sub-contractors and Dayforce resources to sequence work and manage dependencies.
• Track and report project profitability, time logged and sub-contractor costs.
• Keep clients informed and confident through discovery, configuration, testing, parallel runs and go-live.
• Spot risks and issues early and drive them to resolution.
• Support UAT planning, cut-over planning, go-live readiness and hypercare handover to support team.
• Contribute to improving how Team Wheel delivers projects (templates, tooling, ways of working).
