Job summary

Etio, delivering the Attendance Mentor Programme across England, seeks a Data and Systems Analyst. You will be the programme's go-to expert for data reporting, Power BI and SQL, while administering Monday.com and providing first-line systems support.

The role balances data analysis with system enhancements to support delivery. Join a national education initiative and help translate data into insights that improve attendance outcomes, with remote work options and close collaboration with the T&D

Qualifications

• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Proven ability to build Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on administration experience using Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting non-technical users and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and consent management.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle or Totara.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis, reporting and insight using SQL and Power BI.
• Monday.com administration including boards, automations and permissions.
• Support LMS and programme data collection and reporting processes.
• Improve data quality and reporting consistency across the programme.
• Provide user training materials and guidance to colleagues.
• Help translate data into actionable insights for programme decision-making.
