Etio is looking for a Data and Systems Analyst to join the Attendance Mentor Programme (AMP), a high-profile programme supporting improvements in school attendance across England.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology and operations. You'll become the programme's go-to expert for data reporting, Power BI, SQL and Monday.com, helping colleagues make informed decisions and ensuring the systems that underpin delivery operate effectively.
Working closely with both the AMP Programme Team and Etio's Technology & Digital (T&D) function, you'll play a key role in translating data into insight, supporting colleagues with systems and contributing to the programme's continued success.
The role combines two key areas of responsibility:
You’ll spend approximately 50% of your time on reporting and analysis and 50% supporting and enhancing programme systems, although this balance may vary as the programme evolves.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with colleagues and using data to improve programme performance.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication skills.
At Etio, we're committed to improving education outcomes through high‑quality programme delivery, innovation and evidence‑based decision making.
