Job summary

BigHand in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on BI/Data Analyst to turn revenue data into reporting and insights the business relies on. You will join a small Revenue Operations team responsible for the Azure data warehouse, Power BI, and AI tooling, collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

The role offers mentoring, exposure to leadership dashboards, and opportunities to grow into a well-rounded data professional in a B2B SaaS environment as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data/BI/analyst roles.
• Hands-on Power BI: reports, basic data modeling, and DAX.
• SQL for analysis: joins, aggregations, CTEs.
• Some exposure to Microsoft Azure, ideally data warehouse/SQL DB.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar pipelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to sense-check numbers.
• Clear communication to non-technical colleagues.
• Curiosity and quick learning in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Power BI reports and dashboards across pipeline, bookings, ARR, renewals, customer health.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against the Azure data warehouse.
• Support Azure Data Factory pipelines: monitor runs, troubleshoot, add data sources.
• Keep data consistent across Salesforce, NetSuite, marketing systems, flag quality issues.
• Assist with recurring reporting packs (monthly/quarterly metrics).
• Document data models, metric definitions, and processes for trusted reporting.
• Collaborate with the wider team on AI-assisted analytics projects.
