Envitia is a UK-based software and services company that helps organisations unlock the full value of their data to make better, faster decisions. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Digital capability and deliver clear reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations.

This role offers flexible and remote working, with travel to our Horsham office approximately two days per month, and a supportive environment to develop technical and consulting skills while solving real

Formación

• Experience using Excel for data analysis, manipulation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of at least one analytics or reporting tool such as SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Experience working with data cleansing, validation and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn new tools, technologies and analytical techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, organise and maintain data from a variety of sources, ensuring it is accurate, complete and ready for analysis.
• Clean and prepare datasets by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates and data quality issues.
• Analyse data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Create clear and engaging dashboards, reports and visualisations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs.
• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of reporting solutions, databases and data management processes.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner, helping stakeholders make evidence-based decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, reporting standards and analytical best practices.
• Support project delivery by providing accurate analysis and timely reporting across multiple activities and priorities.
• Work closely with senior colleagues to develop your technical, analytical and consulting skills.
