Job summary

Etio is looking for a Data and Systems Analyst to join the Attendance Mentor Programme (AMP), a national education initiative delivering data-informed improvements across England. You will be the go-to expert for data reporting, Power BI, SQL and Monday.com, helping colleagues turn data into insight and ensuring the systems that underpin delivery operate smoothly.

Working with the AMP Programme Team and Etio's Technology & Digital function, you will translate data into actionable insights,

Qualifications

• Practical experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on administration experience using Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting non-technical users and explaining technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Write and run SQL queries to extract, analyse and validate programme data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of management information and reporting processes.
• Work with colleagues to define reporting requirements and identify meaningful insights.
• Help improve data quality, reporting consistency and understanding across the programme.
• Support data exploration and analysis for new programme initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for Monday.com support across the programme.
• Maintain boards, automations, workflows and templates.
• Manage user permissions and access controls.
• Support and improve processes relating to consent, parental engagement and quality assurance.
• Produce simple guidance materials and provide user training where required.
• Ensure Monday.com remains aligned to programme needs and operational processes.
• Support the administration of programme surveys and learning management systems (LMS).
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and elevate technical matters appropriately.
• Maintain system documentation, reporting definitions and user guides.
• Support improvements to programme processes and change management activities.
