Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers remotely on a part-time, temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.

You will manage contacts via telephone, email and webchat, update client systems, and strive for first‑time resolutions. Work comes with GDPR/data‑protection responsibilities and a quiet home workspace is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (preferably within a contact centre).
• Strong IT skills and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
• A suitable home-working environment with a quiet workspace and reliable broadband connection.

• Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and webchat with notes.
• Strive for first-time resolutions and proactive problem solving.
• Support customers in sensitive circumstances with professionalism.
• Escalate complex queries to ensure fair outcomes.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
• Record accurate information in client systems.
• Navigate multiple secure client systems to retrieve and record information.
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify security, fraud, or safeguarding concerns.
