Job summary

Workshop Recruitment seeks a Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator for a fully remote role in the UK. The role is temp-to-perm with an October start, covering fixed early-morning shifts Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

You will secure and manage property viewing appointments, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure service levels are met while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of remote work experience, strong administrative

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working remotely.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Confident handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a reactive environment.

Responsibilities

• Secure fulfilment of non-urgent appointments while minimising cancellations.
• Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments.
• Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Coordinate with clients and members to resolve scheduling issues.
• Audit completed appointments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Review reports, photographs, and deliverables for accuracy.
• Complete detailed end-of-shift handovers.
• Support wider operational activities and appointment categories as required.
