Job summary

Painless Removals Ltd is a Bristol-based removals company offering a fully remote position focused on the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. You will manage the diary, allocate staff and vehicles, and coordinate surveys and quotes to move customers from enquiry to completion.

The role provides a permanent PAYE contract with a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience, and a supportive team environment in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Managing the company diary and availability calendar
• Allocating staff and vehicles to jobs
• Carrying out video surveys with prospective customers to assess volume and requirements
• Preparing and issuing quotes, ready for handover to the sales team
• Booking confirmed jobs and managing all customer communications from acceptance through to move day
• Handling inbound enquiries by phone and email
• Supporting the director with day-to-day operational tasks
• Keeping our operations software (iMove LiveSwitch) and CRM system up to date
