Tribal is seeking a Customer Advisory & Professional Services Consultant to deliver high-quality consultancy and advisory services across the full customer lifecycle for the Semestry Timetabling platform. The role is fully remote with occasional travel, supporting customers from onboarding through optimisation to realise measurable value.

You will build trusted relationships, provide best practice guidance, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention while helping organisations

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consultancy or professional services to educational clients.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical system solutions.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
