Job summary

Tribal Group is seeking a Customer Support Consultant for the Semestry Timetabling team. The role is remote with occasional travel and involves providing in-depth application support for timetabling and scheduling software, acting as a trusted advisor to customers to maximise value and ensure a smooth user experience.

You will engage with customers via phone, email and remote tools, investigate issues, guide best practices, and support successful system operation across educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with software applications and investigating technical issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise in higher education timetabling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues relating to Tribal's Semestry Timetabling software.
• Diagnosing system, configuration and data-related issues and implementing solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Development and Professional Services to resolve defects and enhancements.
• Supporting customers with upgrades, data imports, integrations and validation activities.
• Delivering an outstanding level of service to every customer.
• Establishing robust relationships with key customers at various levels in educational institutions.
